1. Four Seasons agrees to provide Tenant and its clients with the discount set forth in Appendix A and Appendix B incorporated to and made a part of this Agreement. Four Seasons will provide Tenant and its clients with a discount code or other means in which Tenant and clients can avail of the discount.
The discount being offered to Tenant, and its clients shall commence on 1 February 2025 and shall end on 30 September 2027.
2. Clients will not, under any circumstance, have any right to use or authorise the use of any Four Seasons trademark, logo, or other intellectual property right otherwise owned by Four Seasons.
3. Four Seasons assumes no responsibility for the arrangements, contracts, purchases or disputes between Tenant and clients. Four Seasons is responsible for handling all questions from Tenant, and its clients who use the discount offer.
4. Four Seasons must notify Tenant and its clients at least two (2) weeks in advance of any changes to the discount that is offered pursuant to this Agreement.
5. Either party may terminate this Agreement within two (2) weeks prior written notice to the other.
6. Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold the other Party and its staff harmless for any claims, damages, losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or in connection with activities under this Agreement.
